Drug Free Pain Relief

LifeWave’s AcuLife and IceWave patches are a new technology for providing pain relief and improving the overall quality of life for your horse. LifeWave’s technology accomplishes this by working with your horse’s body, not against it. You care about the health and well-being of your horse. Now you can decrease your horse’s pain and inflammation in a safe and all-natural way. This is how your horse’s body is supposed to function, both now and all through its life. This is LifeWave.

thermalCheck out this video – This is Dr. Derock, a veterinarian that has done studies on these patches.  This study (click) was published in the Journal of Holistic Veterinarian medicine.  She used thermal imaging to see a reduction in heat.  These patches allow the horses to use their natural ability to redistribute heat and reduce their own pain through the acupressure/acupuncture points.

This is a great video with Martha Josey and John Chance.  A great endorsement, but also instructional and shows you how to determine where and how to patch your horse.

These patches should not be used to replace proper veterinarian and/or chiropractic care.  They are proven to reduce inflammation and buy you time to get to the vet and determine the route of the problem.  Sometimes hauling, standing at a trailer all weekend or multiple runs will take its toll on a horse so these patches can help reduce pain and inflammation in cases where you might use drugs like bute or banamine.  These patches are drug free!  There aren’t made to deal with skeletal issues.  They won’t help bone on bone.    Hydration is important.  Make sure you and your horse drink plenty of water before patching.

What are these patches and how do they work?  (I wondered the same thing and received this answer)

The Aculife patches are a polymer plastic sleeve containing Amino Acid, Sugar, Water and Oxygen.  The mixture is then charged either with a  positive (the white patch) or negative (the tan patch) frequency through Nanotechnology.  The mixture inside the patch holds the charge much like a AA battery does until it is ready for use.  When placed on the body (be it human or horse) it uses the meridians of the body to “connect” the two patches. They are 100% drug free and NON-TRANSDERMAL.  That means nothing goes into the skin.  They work great with muscle and soft tissue issues, as well as inflammation and to increase energy.

They work on the acupuncture points.  Where you place the patches will make a difference on the effect you get.  You can put the patches on the “calming” points and get a calming effect with the same patch you would get pain relief elsewhere.

What is the difference between Lifewave, Aculife and Icewave?LifeWaveLogo
Lifewave is the company.  They started with human products and they have been a great success.  Icewave is the human pain relief/inflammation reducer product.  Because they got iwto be a demand in the barrel horse and horse industry they rebranded the Icewave product and called it Aculife.  It is kind of like its own division with its own website but all the sales you will see go through the main Lifewave website.
It is important to note that as Canadian’s we are not able to purchase the Aculife packages unless we are in the US at the time of purchase.   So, if you are having your products delivered in Canada you will select Canada as the shipping country and select Icewave as the product.   The silver packaged Icewave is the one you will want that will have 30 patches (15 pairs).  They work in pairs.  The white one on the right, tan on left.    There are some little beads that will come in the package you can use (or choose not too).   Some say they enhance effectiveness, but most are using them without.  They are to stick in the middle of the patch.  You can reuse them.

Winter warning….. I have found that if you try and use these when it is really, really cold they don’t stick very well.  Just like tape.  I would suggest trying to put them on in the barn where it is a bit warmer and glue them on (with crazy glue).   If you just want to “test” them you can even put them on with duct tape without taking the adhesive backing off and they still work.    In the winter we have a lot of hair to work through, but they still work.   I think putting a blanket on will help them stay on if you had to turn your horse out.

You can use the same patches on yourself.  I used a pair overnight after moving furniture.  I woke up with no soreness.   My husband has used them on stiff and sore muscles and found relief quickly as well.

They are also said to be great for dogs!

Here is a link to a basic patch placement guide for horses and here is the Icewave for humans patch placement guide.

How much do they cost?
The most you will pay for a package is $89.95 US + shipping and tax.   If you want to buy wholesale they are $69.95.  If you want to be a distributor you can sign up for various packages getting them as low as around $38/package.  There are 15 pairs in a package.  One package is said to be a month’s supply for one horse.  They are said to work for 12 hours, some of the reps are saying you should be good for the weekend.    I would suggest you see how your own horse responds and go from there to determine how long you see the effects.
Depending on how sore your horse is will determine how many places you are going to patch and how long they will last you.

I am a distributor for these patches and the way the system works is that I get paid to help you and your horses! I want to see your horses feel better and if you choose to sell I want your company to succeed.  You don’t have to sell at all, we can sell retail. But –  If you are interested in buying wholesale,  paying your way to jackpots or even just getting your own patches for free it is a great opportunity to get in now.     Even just the tax benefits of being able to write off your jackpots and rodeos where you promote your company are a huge help!

Hi Cari, thank you for your questions. I will email you more details but I want to reply here too in case others have the same question.

Aculife is the US product for horses
Icewave the Canadian product for horses (and people)
Both packages come with 30 patches in a pack. 15 tan and 15 white they are used in pairs. So you have 15 pairs to use.
It’s the patches you want for your horses, not the spray. If you are in the US shipping to the US select Aculife, if you are shipping to Canada select Icewave. I will give you more details about how to purchase in an email or we can visit on the phone and I can checkout for you and get them on their way. 807357 is my distributor number that will let you in the shopping cart.
