It’s no secret that when you’re stressed, you might be more sensitive or reactive. Have you considered that it might literally impact the way you see the world? When we are stressed, we are more apt to be defensive and see a different perspective than we would if we were to see it from a more relaxed state. In this episode I (Michelle) share a story from when I was highly dysregulated and “lost it” on my neighbor. It’s totally embarrassing but I’m sharing to help the masses prevent this from happening to them! It was a learning opportunity and I’m so grateful for the example my neighbors set for me.
